- Pork Tenderloin - Seared pork tenderloin then slow roasted until tender, topped with
green peppercorn sauce

- Salmon - Fillet of Atlantic Salmon brushed with a maple and soya glaze

- Grilled Portobello Mushroom Caps – Lightly seasoned & dressed in a marinade,

Children’s meals come with the SAME starter and dessert as the adult guest’s meals.

A single dessert is available to all of your guests.
Coffee and Tea station is offered with dessert.
Should you want a variety of more desserts than is included in your package,
add $3 per person per item.
- Cherry Cheesecake - Light and fluffy no bake cheesecake topped with cherry pie
filling on a bed of graham wafer crumbs - Carrot Cake - Moist spice cake with carrots topped with cream cheese frosting
- Apple Crisp - Granny Smith and Honey Crisp apples topped with a sweet oatmeal
crumble - Crème Brulee - Custard base topped with a layer of hardened caramelized sugar
- Black Forest Cake - Chocolate Sponge cake layered with whipped cream and
cherries frosted with more whipped cream and chocolate shavings decorated with
maraschino cherries. Add $2 for cake with Kirsch (cherry liqueur). - Tiramisu – A rich layered coffee flavoured Italian dessert add $2 per person
