A variety of 5 different mini salads each with their own dressing. Celery root with
pineapple in a creamy sauce, tender Boston leaf lettuce with ARL house dressing,
Carrot salad with raisins in a creamy vinaigrette, tomato with onion in a marinated
balsamic vinaigrette, sliced beet topped with sweet sauce all arranged artfully

  • Creamy Chicken Cordon Blue– Tender chicken breasts in an Auld Reekie signature
    cream sauce topped with black forest ham, old white cheddar and tomato with basil
  • Roasted Turkey– Traditionally seasoned roast turkey accompanied by our homemade
    stuffing and gravy

Beef

  • Roast Beef– Slowly roasted Sirloin Tip served with gravy or au jus and horseradish.
  • Prime Rib– Premium Canadian beef slow cooked for maximum flavour served with
    horseradish and natural au jus.
  • Beef Tenderloin– Rubbed with a paste of oil, garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram

Pork

  • Pork Tenderloin –Seared pork tenderloin then slow roasted until tender, topped with
    green peppercorn sauce

Fish

  • Salmon –Fillet of Atlantic Salmon brushed with a maple and soya glaze

Vegetarian/Vegan

  • Grilled Portobello Mushroom Caps– Lightly seasoned & dressed in a marinade,
    then topped with roasted veggies & provolone cheese
  • Stuffed Bell Pepper– Seasoned rice & fresh vegetables in a roasted sweet bell

  • Penne with Tomato Basil Sauce– Penne pasta cooked in tomato basil sauce served

Children’s meals come with the SAME starter and dessert as the adult guest’s meals.

  • Option 1– Smaller Portion of your Adult entrees (50% of the adult rate)
  • Option 2– Chicken Fingers & Fries – 3 chicken tenders & French fries with ketchup
    and plum sauce
Dessert (Choice of 1)
A single dessert is available to all of your guests.

Coffee and Tea station is offered with dessert.

Should you want a variety of more desserts than is included in your package,
add $3 per person per item.

  • Cherry Cheesecake– Light and fluffy no bake cheesecake topped with cherry pie
    filling on a bed of graham wafer crumbs
  • Carrot Cake– Moist spice cake with carrots topped with cream cheese frosting
  • Apple Crisp– Granny Smith and Honey Crisp apples topped with a sweet oatmeal
    crumble
  • Crème Brulee– Custard base topped with a layer of hardened caramelized sugar
  • Black Forest Cake– Chocolate Sponge cake layered with whipped cream and
    cherries frosted with more whipped cream and chocolate shavings decorated with
    maraschino cherries. Add $2 for cake with Kirsch (cherry liqueur).
  • Tiramisu– A rich layered coffee flavoured Italian dessert add $2 per person
  • Fresh Fruit Salad– A mixture of bite size seasonal fruit and berries in their own
    natural juices garnished with whipped cream.
